Main Responsibilities
Working closely with the requester or Project manager to gather the necessary information, perform data analysis, design and build the tools, create documentation, execute activities, and develop other constructs to prepare to deliver the services.
Creating and/or updating solution document, presentations, solution descriptions, cost estimates, SOWs, and related deliverables.
Working with Security team to improve the enterprise security posture
Incident management:
Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical issues and actively pursue mechanisms for preventing, or automating the response to reoccurrences
Contribute to the handling/monitoring of support tickets assigned to the team.
Escalate and work with Service provider to solve incident
Technical Skills & Knowledge
Strong experience in Computing: PC Hardware, MAC Hardware, Windows Technologies, Networking and Firewall Flows
Familiar with different persona use cases; Windows, Linux, MacOS.
At least 4 – 7 years of experience in designing virtualization designs regardless of the technology chosen.
Strong experience of L3 IT support in corporate environment for typical problems (operating systems, Office 365 and business apps, networking/VPN, etc.)
Advance Knowledge of different cloud vendors; Hands on experience with MS AZURE cloud preferred.
Advanced knowledge of networking, security, VPN, and MS environments (AD, GPO, PKI, Azure…)
Good analytic skills and capabilities to pivot from isolated incident solving to companywide critical problems
Solution and service oriented, excellent documentation skills, troubleshooting, community-based support flow, vendor management
