Job Title: General Manager-IT and Support

Job Descripon:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled General Manager of IT to lead our IT department. The

General Manager of IT will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s informaon

technology infrastructure, including network and system administraon, soware development, and

data management. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership

skills, and the ability to manage mulple projects and teams.

Responsibilies:

Develop and implement IT strategies that support the company’s goals and objecves.

Manage and lead a team of IT professionals.

Oversee the company’s technology infrastructure, including hardware, soware, and

networks.

Develop and manage the IT budget.

Ensure the security and integrity of the company’s data and systems.

Idenfy and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and producvity .

Collaborate with cross-funconal teams to ensure IT iniaves align with overall business

goals.

Manage relaonships with external vendors, contractors, and partners.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best pracces.

Oversee the development and implementaon of custom soware applicaons

Requirements:

Bachelors

or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Informaon Technology, or related field

10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a senior management role .

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including network and system administrao n,

soware development, and data management.

Strong analycal and problem-solving skills.

Ability to build strong relaonships with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong leadership skills and ability to manage mulple projects and teams.

Familiarity with cloud compung, cyber

security, and data analycs.

Professional cerficaons such as CISSP, CCNA, or PMP are preferred .
