RBS group is an integral part of Amazon online product lifecycle and buying operations. The team is designed to ensure Amazon remains competitive in the online retail space with the best price, wide selection and good product information. The team’s primary role is to create and enhance selection on the worldwide Amazon online catalog. The tasks handled by this group have a direct impact on customer buying decisions and online user experience.

Amazon’s Retail Business Services (RBS) team is looking for a dynamic and talented Automation Expert for Quality program which aims at identifying and eliminating the root cause of a defect to prevent its recurrence and improve the program/process. If you are a talented, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Automation personnel who is passionate about quality and delivering the best customer service, then we want to hear from you!

Key job responsibilities
Work on SQL, Python automation requirements of the QA team
Identify process improvement opportunities (enhancements and pain points) at process/ function level
Tool creation, report automation etc.

A day in the life
You will be working on automation requirement for the RBS Quality team. Identifying key insights, risks, its root causes, perform proactive fix in the process to improve the experience for customer, seller partner and other RBS stakeholders. This approach also helps RBS to attain operational excellence.

RBS Business Excellence vision is to make RBS the most customer obsessed team in Amazon by 1) proactively identifying and eliminating root causes of defects at its source, 2) building mechanisms to solve customer/business problems, and 3) building People capabilities.
Basic Qualifications :
. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Operations, Business, Project Management, Engineering
. 1-3 years experience in project management
. Excellent oral and English skills
. Pioneer to invent and make differences
. Strong SQL/ETL, Macro, VBA knowledge
. Medium to advanced knowledge of Automation using Python/Selenium based automation.
. Strong Automation Skills with experience in a) backend development using Java, Python, VB script, Django, b) expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Quicksight, c) front end development using angular, HTML5, CSS d) AWS, SQL
. Familiar with systems, scripting – depending on the level of experience
Preferred Qualifications :
. Ability to use ML models to build scalable solutions.
. Technical Expertise – in-depth knowledge of planning and analysis tools
. Experience of working in learning technologies
