DESCRIPTION
Customer Trust & Partner Support (CTPS) is responsible for creating a trustworthy shopping experience across Amazon stores worldwide by protecting customers, brands, selling partners and Amazon from fraud, counterfeit, and abuse as well as empowering, providing worldclass support, and building loyalty with Amazon’s millions of selling partners. The Buyer Risk Prevention (BRP) mission is to keep Amazon stores safe and trustworthy for Customers and Selling Partners by ensuring Customer accounts are not used to commit fraud and abuse and ensure bad actors do not profit on Amazon. We address and prevent risk across four key areas: (1) Preventing bad actors from creating or compromising accounts (Identity Risk), (2) Preventing fraudulent orders (Payments Risk), (3) Preventing violations and abuse of our policies (Buyer Abuse), and (4) Preventing financial disbursements to bad actors (Bad Actor Disincentives).
. Design and develop learning solutions and programs applying adult learning principles and systematic.

. Instructional design to create learning content that best fits the needs of the learner and business.

. Employ project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to largescale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently.
.
. Conduct analysis to identify key tasks/skills to target in the curriculum and perform post implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics.
.
. Collaborate effectively with global stakeholder teams Training Delivery, Operations, Quality, and Compliance, to identify knowledge gaps, and develop technical and non-technical training content.
.
. Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementations cycles.
.
. Collaborate with a global team of learning design professionals to develop learner engagement strategies, evaluation plans, and process improvement initiatives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
. 3+ years experience in program or project management
. Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
. 3+ years experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
. 5+ years experience in learner experience design or instruction design.
. Expertise using eLearning development tools such as Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe
. Photoshop/Illustrator, and Captivate.
. Experience managing projects of medium to high scope independently.
. Experience conducting training needs assessments.
. Experience with improving team efficiency and improving processes.
. Experience assessing curriculum effectiveness to develop solutions that positively impact learner performance.
. Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience in instructional design, communication, education, or related field.
. Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, project management, and content-specific certifications as appropriate (e.g. CPLP, CPT, PMP, etc.).
. Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, online learning and learning technologies.
. Proficiency in graphic and/or web design skills.
. Experience with video design and development.
