• keep a strict eye over on its use.
• You can deny access to unreliable and unproductive websites and more.

Responsibility

• Implementation of Firewall, Access point, Switch at client end.
• Provide demonstrations of Fortinet Products, suggest and deploy solution based on requirement.
• Telephone, Remote and On-site Technical Support to -End Customers- Dealers – Engineers.
• Create and Manage tickets on the support portal assigned to me.

Vacancy for ESET Antivirus Product

• Telephonic, Remote and Onsite Technical Support to Corporate Customers.
• Activities Include: New Configuration / Additional Configuration / Up gradation / Renewal and Troubleshooting of Problems.
• Solving Customer & Dealer Technical Query by suggesting them appropriate Solution.
