1. Effectively source and place candidates for our growing list of direct clients with requirements flowing abundantly based on sound relationships in the market.
2. Utilize internal tools and market knowledge to source and place candidates across a variety of IT platforms and build pipelines to support Senior Managers.
3. Identify and recruit for contract and permanent IT positions as needed and work professionally both individually and in a team environment.
4. Engage with passive candidates using the internet and phone in order to submit qualified candidates in a timely manner.
5. Collaborate with and assist team on complex full life cycle recruitment as needed.
