Support and maintain the Desktop computing environment, which includes, installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and software.
Software/hardware/network troubleshooting.
Requesting and coordinating vendor support
Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers.
To accurately record, update and document the inventory, changes and other relevant details.
Maintain excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.
Work well on a fast-paced team collaborating daily with Engineering & Product Operations
Working experience in Cloud Infrastructure, preferably Amazon Web Services requiring installation and maintenance of LAMP environment, backups, Monitoring, Automation, etc.
Preferred Skills
Minimum of 1 year in Linux and Windows administration.
Knowledge of Linux (RHCE certification is an advantage).
Experience with Windows operating systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and aptitude for analysis of complex problems by analyzing data, logs, symptoms, etc
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational skills and the ability to track and prioritize several tasks.
Good written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Ability to articulate problems, solutions, and recommendations.
