· Work Experience of 2-6 years – Relevant work experience as a Technical Recruiter/ IT Recruiter for C2H/Contractual roles.
· Work mode: Work from Office. Applicant must be based in Hyderabad.
· Freshers will undergo 15 days training at the organisation at the start of the job.
· Hands-on experience w/ interview formats (Zoom, Skype and etc) along w/knowledge of sourcing Techniques (Boolean & Advanced).
· Should have good hands on exp and knowledge of the recruitment process, validation and candidate management.
· Tech savvy and hands on exp in Monster, Naukri Portals.
· Good Communication Skills – both written & oral
· Should be passionate about recruitment and customer service
