– Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment for all the IT positions.
– Source profiles based on given job description and coordinate the other rounds of interviews with Technical panel.
– Make sure that the technical panel and candidates are available for the interview on the agreed schedule.
– Collect relevant documents from the shortlisted candidates and send for offer approval process.
– Follow up with the candidates and make sure that they join on the agree DOJ.
– Maintain proper database on ATS.
