Aon Health & Benefits offer market-leading consulting, broking and delivery services to clients and their employees across organizations of all sizes, geographies and industries. These offerings include: end-to-end solutions to benefits management, alignment of your benefit plans with corporate strategy and policies, considerable purchasing leverage, systematic and structured approach.
The IND System Analyst I will be responsible for gathering requirements and preparing technical design documents on local/regional level. Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies. Liaise between business and technical personnel to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications.
Import various file types using queries, code modules, and specs.
Code using Microsoft VBA for data manipulation and building forms.
Export data to various file/report types using client/carrier/ vendor specification.
Conduct program testing and file/report auditing.
Perform all necessary testing to ensure completeness and accuracy of data files.
Track and follow up on transmission of production files to ensure timeliness in loading client’s data.
Assist with and create various ad hoc reports for internal and or external users as needed.
Coordinate closely with IT management, other programmer analysts, project managers, and external clients, as needed, to ensure proper development and implementation of program and system specifications.
Handle assigned research and development projects
Innovation activities:
Lead the innovation/process improvement activity at client or team level in order to have efficiency gain.
Ensure to have the meetings and updates with managers on progress and connect on initiatives 1/month.
