Title: Talent Acquisition Consultant (On Contract)
Contract Duration – 1 year contract. will be extended basis performance

Work Experience:
2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience
Significant experience in non-IT recruitment specially at mid to senior level, data management, reporting, stakeholder management, vendor management with a strong network in the industry.
You will be a part of our India Talent Acquisition team and will be involved in supporting hiring for AONs consulting business in India. This will include end to end lateral and niche hiring, campus hiring. This is a contractual position for 1 year and you will report to TA Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive End to End Recruitment
You will take care of full circle of recruitment including but not limited to: sourcing, screening, selection process, offer and pre-offer engagement, stakeholder management etc.
Candidate & Stakeholder Management
Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability for open positions. Partner closely with hiring managers and senior executives to ensure alignment on candidate requirements and expectations.
Interview Coordination
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Talent Pipelining
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
Employer Branding
Contribute to building and promoting the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
Data Management
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and recruitment metrics.
Offer Negotiation
Facilitate and assist in the negotiation of compensation packages and employment terms with selected candidates.
Onboarding
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process for newly hired leaders.
Market Research
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor practices in talent acquisition.
