Aosta software technologies India Pvt Ltd Looking for IT Support Junior Executive at Chennai, Tamil Nadu Full Time

The IT Support Junior Executive will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining IT Systems include diagnosing and repairing faults, resolving network issues, configuring hardware and software as per the company policy. Attend the IT support tickets on time and drive it to closure as per the SLA.

JD for IT Support Junior Executive

· Manage the in-house IT setup including Desktop/Laptop/Printers/Scanners/Network Equipment’s

· Log and manage IT support requests with ticketing tool

· Attend user issues either directly, via phone, email or computer chat

· Analysing tickets to spot common trends and underlying problems

· Updating self-help documents so users can try to fix basic problems themselves

· Installing Windows OS, Software application and programs

· Maintain up to date antivirus in the entire network

· Updating windows patches as per the Policy.

· Maintain IT asset inventory

Qualification and Experience:

· Diploma / Degree holder

· Certification in Microsoft, Linux or Cisco is advantageous

· 0 to 1 year of experience working in an IT support environment

· Having basic knowledge of system hardware, software and networking protocols

· Flexibility to work on a variety of shifts with minimal notice

· Decent communication skill
