Roles and Responsibilities
Manage Client calls / Ticket Monitoring System / Field engineer coordination
Working towards customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer queries / E-Mails and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of internal team interaction & customer interactions
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to help the customer to achieve satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile
0 to 2+ Years of experience in Service Desk
Diploma / Degree in any stream
Willing to work in rotational shift
6 Days Work Week
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong skills in telephonic & Email etiquette
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of scenarios
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Candidates with multi language skills (Hindi Speaking) would be an added advantage
