AppsTech Solution Looking for Desktop Support Engineer at Ahmedabad, Gujarat Full Time

· Installation and troubleshoot Microsoft OS Version and Microsoft Office Version and Authorized desktop Application.

· Installation and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment.

· Responsible for monitoring, operating, managing, troubleshooting and restoring to service any terminal service client, personal computers (PC) or notebooks that has authorized access to the network

· Desktop Support up to Client Level including Hardware, Software and Networking Problems for Connectivity.

· Configured and troubleshooting of various PC Hardware Components & Report for change request.

· Configuration & Trouble shoot Outlook or other application required for email systems.

· Installation & troubleshooting of Local and Network printer.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹9,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
