Job Description

· Partner with the business stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of the business processes and priorities pertinent to the Project Planning and scoping activity.

· Planning everything from execution to delivery – Planning everything from execution to delivery

Ideally to have a strategy to achieve quickest and easiest pathway towards accomplishing whatever it is that stakeholders wants to get to.

· Directing the team to achieve a common goal – Responsible keeping the team’s efforts aligned with everything that the organization wants to achieve.

· Delegate the work efficiently, it becomes critical l to delegate responsibilities to teams wisely. It is a leadership style that is expected the manager has to abide by and be good at it and eventually.

· Understand functional business requirements for the technology solution; liaise with the Functional Technical COEs to ensure requirements are understood and translated accurately for solution delivery

· Develop a solid understanding of upstream and downstream dependencies of the process and tools; coordinate with system and data owners during and after solution deployment as needed.

· Work with IT Business Partners, suppliers and internal teams on effort estimation and costing, facilitating solution architecture design, design implementation as well as developing functional and user acceptance testing strategy and execution of test plans.

· Drive Enhancements, Transition and Deployment projects using Waterfall and Agile methodology via tools like ITSM, JIRA and Sprint boards.

Required skills

· Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field in Engineering.

· 6 years minimum experience working in Project and Program Management role in software development projects (preferably in .Net technology)

· Expert level experience in Agile and waterfall methodologies.

· Experience in Product development, transition and deployment Projects.

· Preference would be given who has healthcare domain knowledge and business process expertise.

· Experience in project management tools (JIRA, MS Office , ITSM tools) Focus Build) Change management process and methodology (Agile, Waterfall)
