Job Brief :
We are looking for a Network Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our networks.
Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems
quickly.
Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot issues and outages
Ensure security through access controls and firewalls
Update firmware’s with new releases and models
Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
Ability to ensure network services are configured, optimized and supported to achieve high
availability and functionality.
Lead or participate in projects to improve network services and develop procedures to support
newly implemented technologies
Capacity to communicate technical concepts in simple terms; ability to communicate with co-
workers and work with people of diverse backgrounds and experiences
MUST be able to shift priorities daily to meet the needs and demands of our clients
MUST be able to manage your time effectively without excessive supervision or intervention
MUST enjoy and be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while staying calm and
focused
Ability to work in flexible hours (as and when required)

Skills: Network Administrator
Good knowledge in Networking devices – Switches, Routers and Dell SonicWALL Firewalls, Dell
SRA/SMA Device, Meraki firewalls and WAPs (Ruckus\Cisco\Meraki)
Configuration and Troubleshooting knowledge of SSL VPNs.
VLAN configuration understanding – Vlans, Trunks, Ether-channels, STP, SPAN, RSPAN, inter
VLAN routing
Should be able to Analyze Traces / Logs received from customer / field.
Good understanding of Protocols (All layers) TCP, IP, UDP, SMTP, LDAP, TELNET, SSH, PORT
Numbers.
Good knowledge of services like DHCP, NTP, ARP, NAT, and ACL.
Define network policies and procedures
