· Maintain laptop and hardware troubleshooting.

· Handling and troubleshoot issues remotely.

· System monitoring and maintenance including configuration and security management, patching, automation, hardening and system upgrades.

· Ensuring overall system and server uptime, availability, reliability, and security.

· Ensure security through access control, backups and firewalls.

· Assigning IP phone and troubleshooting issues.

· Capable of handling servers and Microsoft software.

· Strong networking and system administration knowledge.

· Strong networking and system administration knowledge.

· Solid understanding and experience in system /network security.

· Capable of handling network printer set up and access issues.

· Capable of handling LAN and WAN network issues.

Freshers with 6 months experience can also apply.

CCNA Certified is a must
