We are looking for an HR Manager located in Hyderabad to support our vast growth ambitions. Working closely with colleagues in our Hyderabad office & remote locations, you will be responsible for overseeing our new hires and serve as our expert for all sales, Customer Success, & marketing hirings, and the company’s overall HR functions

More about the Role

• An end-to-end recruitment process must be implemented

• Source candidates for various roles using social media platforms, networking events, referrals, job fairs, and job portals

• Understand the requirements of each role and prepare Job Description (JD) / Job Specification (Job Criteria).

• Match details with applications received using standardized screening techniques to assess the potential candidates’ skills, qualifications, and experience by screening, shortlisting, scheduling Interviews & following-up.

• Handling the end-to-end life cycle of recruitments from sourcing to joining for all levels of jobs

• Conduct the first round of interviews to understand the candidate’s interest, availability, salary expectation, functional skills, educational qualification, job history, etc.

• Negotiate the salary coordinate with them and ensure the onboarding is smooth

• Payroll Management, leave management, compliance (EPF/ESIC, PT, etc) management, creating & implementing suitable HR policies

• Provide MIS support for Attrition analysis, conduct exit interviews, observe trends and highlight important aspects, prepare, and publish dashboards for the same

Qualifications

• MBA with specialization in HR (mandatory)

• Excellent communication skills (English)

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite/Zoho and other software
