Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and maintaining network and servers.
• Maintaining, installing, upgrading, and protecting electronic devices and computer systems, including hardware and software.
• Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software as per company objectives.
• Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
• Creating user accounts for various apps and software and performing access control.
• Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
• Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
• Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
• Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
• Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
• Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization.
• Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
• Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure.
• Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
• Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
• Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information systems, Systems Administration, or similar relevant field.
• Superior knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, various ERP systems, VPN, Networking, etc. (Mandatory)
• Superior knowledge of computer such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Windows features, and other software relevant to administrative responsibilities (Mandatory).
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills along with a strong command of the English language (Mandatory).

Desired Skills:

• Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification.
• High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with people.
• Detailed planning, time management and organizational skills.
• Positive, proactive, and able to always exercise great judgement.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and highly ambiguous environment.

Minimum Experience:

· Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role required.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
