ABOUT THE ROLE
What is expected out of the candidate to perform
Should possess specialist knowledge in relevant systems (Salesforce apps, Iqvia, etc), documenting, sharing that knowledge, as required, with global teams.
Take ownership of the assigned L2/L3 tickets through to delivery or issue resolution or partner concern, as appropriate.
Application’s business process is CTP. Additional experience in other processes like C2C, P2P & tools like CRM, Iqvia HIP, Iqvia Engage & testing knowledge are an added advantage.
Support tool configuration management and administration, application environment set up, test case execution, change and release management
Willingness to learn and upscale the skills.
Be flexible to work in a blended support, i.e. to work in other similar applications (in parallel) within the line manager’s remit.
MANDATORY SKILLS: What are skills / technology candidate needs to have, to perform the role
Good understanding and 1+ years of experience in ITIL framework, organisational change, release management, problem management and incident management.
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in processes like CTP, C2C, P2P & tools like CRM, Iqvia HIP, Iqvia Engage
Experience of supporting application interfaces e.g. application to SAP
Solution/result oriented approach and exceptional problem solving/Analytical skills.
Clear and Effective communication skills (Written/Verbal).
Commendable analytical skills.
Experience in resolving Day to Day queries regarding usage of CTP HIP, CTP Engage and related activities.
DESIERED SKILLS: What are good to have skills / certifications / technology / domain experience
2+ years of experience in providing technical, development & maintenance support for applications.
Exposure to application security.
Willingness to Analyse, design, document, and test software modifications to existing processes/configurations, reports, forms, extensions, and interfaces in the production environment.
Openness to Facilitate review sessions with senior support engineers, functional owners, domain experts and end-user representatives.
Experience in any ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Service Center, Remedy , Perigrine etc
Good to have but not mandatory:
Exposure to SaaS integration tools (e.g., EIB, Studio, Core Connector)
Experience in any Reporting/ Analytical tools.
Fluency in Web Services standards and technologies (API, XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, UDDI, etc.)
Experience with the SaaS lifecycle (implementations and upgrades).
Ability and willingness to develop creative solutions.
Experience with SAP as upstream/downstream system will be a plus.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Any specific Bachelors / master’s degree candidate must have. Or any specific institutions they must pass out from
