The Role:
As the HRIS System Administrator, you will play a key role in managing our HRIS/HCM Systems and will be part of the Group HRIS team. You will work closely with Learning & Development Team and Group IT Team.
Use your continuous improvement mindset to ensure our systems are being utilized effectively and efficiently.
Partner with internal stakeholders and HRIS application owners to implement functionalities that will streamline and automate our HR processes.
Troubleshoot issues; explore new features; make recommendations for future enhancements
Manage input to system development/ changes & upgrades and new releases
Lead designing and implementation of the functionalities associated with Learning & Performance
Serve as the subject matter expert and system admin for our HRIS systems & apps (HRIS: Cornerstone, Successfactors).
Ensure security, end-user access, and data integrity across all HR platforms
Supports critical system maintenance and operational tasks within the systems.
Work on the creation of customized reports and dashboards on the HRIS application. Knowledge of PowerBI will be an advantage.
Support interface build-up LMS HRIS application with other applications. Experience of working with API connectors.
Create user documentation and procedures and provide training as required on the various systems
Initiate or actively participate in new projects to leverage global HR master data management / HRIS applications with more automation or AI solutions
What we expect of you?
What Knowledge, Experience & Personality will help you perform in this role:
You have Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including experience with HRIS/HCM systems, specifically Cornerstone.
3+ years of working experience as an analyst, system admin or similar type of position
A strong detail orientation and analytical skillset.
You’ve supported software implementation projects.
Good written and oral skills in English,
Advanced knowledge of MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Effective interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain a professional attitude and work independently with minimal guidance in a fast paced and changing environment
Good team player in virtual team setting, has worked in an international team
PowerBI knowledge will be an added advantage
