Junior On-Site Technical Support Analyst in our Workplace Technology team, you will work
as part of a global team with the goal of delivering world-class technology and exceptional
customer service to Atlassian’s everywhere. This particular role would require you to be
onsite in our Bengaluru office at Embassy GolfLinks during normal working hours (9AM – 5PM) to support Atlassians,
maintain/support meeting rooms, provide event support and technologies that Atlassians
use on a daily basis.

service. You research and play with new technologies in your spare time, and you know how
to translate complex technical ideas for non-technical people. You don’t take things at face
value because ‘that’s the way they are done’, but rather seek to understand the reasons and
then take steps to improve. You are tenacious in pursuit of understanding, getting to the
bottom of an issue to prevent it from recurring, and helping the team by documenting your
journey and successes.
Your background
2 to 4 years of experience in supporting and troubleshooting MacOS both in person and remote
Experienced in AV room troubleshooting (VC and collaboration Technologies such as Zoom Rooms
& digital signage)
Experienced in providing AV tech prep & support for events onsite
Some familiarity with collaboration tools (Slack, G-Suite, Mural, etc)
Epic customer service skills, love of helping people and an appetite to learn
Good to have skills
Experience supporting Windows 10
Knowledge of Microsoft MDT / Imaging / SOE’s
Familiarity with various MDM solutions
Experience working with a globally distributed team
