Responsibilities
Acquire new clients by implementing effective client acquisition strategies
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote Augmetek’s IT Staffing Services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Work with a team of Delivery/Account Managers and Recruiters effectively to meet Business Unit objective
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements
These are MUST HAVES:
A proven working experience as a business development manager, and sales executive in the IT Staffing Industry
Proficiency in usage of MS Office, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Digital Marketing Channels and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) for the purpose of effectively discharging the responsibilities of the job
Proficiency in English
Communication and negotiation skills
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration
