• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or relevant work experience in user support or a similar role.
• Knowledge of MS SQL server database and ability to write SQL Statements to rectify data problems.
• Proficiency in Windows, Mac OS and mobile application support.
• Experience in software development life cycle using agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of and experience with ServiceNow, JIRA and Confluence products and technologies like API, AWS, , Microservices.

Responsibilities:

• You will help support existing business systems applications.
• You will be able to successfully multitask and prioritize support issues.
• You have a keen ability to troubleshoot issues and dedication to follow an issue all the way to resolution.
• Ability to fulfill night and weekend shifts as part of our on-call rotation.
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, Good written and verbal communication.
• You will support post roll-out of new applications.
• You may have to talk to the users through a series of actions to resolve a problem, document, and track incidents in the ticketing system.
• Assist technical team by monitoring health and performance of systems; use critical thinking and cross-functional teamwork to support day-to-day operations.

Salary: ₹8,086.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
