Who you are:

• Hands on work exp. At L2/L3 level support at IT Infra, Overall IT end user support
• Understanding and experience with Switches, Router, and network fundamentals
• Depth knowledge in Sophos Firewall, & its configuration/deployment
• AD Integration, deployment AD on multiple platform (Windows, Mac, Linux)
• Experience with ESXi Server/VM Configuration
• Experience Managing Cloud Infra- AWS, Azure etc
• Documentation of ISO 27001:2022, GDPR, and SoC
• Hands of exp. With work on multiple ticketing tool, Asset monitoring tool
• Exp. With Network Monitoring tool, Log Server (any SIEM Solution exp. Would be an
• added advantage)
• Patch management Server/ WSUS Server monitoring
• Windows and Linux Server knowledge
• Reporting for critical devices
• Monitoring Security posture
