Process- IT Integration (Digital Framework – Definition & Documentation)

Collecting details for new requirement or enhancements from COE IT SPOC

Technical Document creation

Tracking & collaboration with required teams for delivery as per expectation & timelines

Creating tracker of all requirements & Projects received for change/development.

Process – IT Integration (UAT Session)

Conducting and be a part of UAT sessions to monitor flow w.r.t requirements documented.

Pass back feedback & track changes till rectification.

Follow up for sign off of Testing for deployment.

IT Integration (Business Review & Course correction)

Review the business performance for all digital projects.

Identifying the gaps in case of any mismatch on committed and achieved ROI/outcome.

Publishing regular analysis/gap reports to all stake holders

Product & Process improvement & streamlining

Ensuring shorter go to market for customized/curated/co-created Products.

Perform root cause analysis of any re-occurring or critical issues and propose solutions for them.

regular governance between IT, Ops & UW for addressing & aligning process/product enhancement & improvement.

Identification of whitespaces & scope for automation & enhancement of productivity, reduction of expenses.

Competitor analysis & Benchmarking

Pick & analyse various products & journeys of relevant competitor.

Benchmark the same against existing journeys of BAGIC with clear gap/feature analysis.

Explore on adopting/Bettering the same for Business handled.
