Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

• Duties and Responsibilities – Duties and Responsibilities: Project Management & Operations • Take requirements from project team • Solutioning – Analyze the functional requirements and prepare tech design in alignment with business objectives • Capacity / budget planning • Work allocation and output measurement • Code review code ver / branching strategy management • Deliver projects taken up with required quality on time • Work with QA team to execute test cases • Engage with testing team to get signoffs • Help business team with UAT • Track and close bugs on time • App release management • Attend management reviews Required Qualifications and Experience: • 12-17 years of experience in managing technology at least 5 years in delivering mobile applications • Must have engineering background • Must have experience in managing vendor / partner to drive the implementation • Managing delivery workload by setting priorities planning and monitoring progress ensuring meeting deadlines and budgets set by sponsors. • Ability to take end to end ownership of the product development and maintenance lifecycle. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to influence without authority • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with drive for excellence • Out-of-the box thinking and encouragement of driving for new and innovative marketable solutions is highly appreciated.
