Position: Desktop Support Engineer

Exp.: 2+ years

User Ticket handling

Asset and allocate desktop and Laptop

Software installation and issue troubleshoot

AD users accounts maintenance

Handling the web portals

User call support

LAN troubleshooting

Vendor communication and co-ordination

AV Installation and management

Printer and scanner support

Server room monitoring and support

Desktop and laptop, hardware replacement and services

Asset Inventory management

Hands on experience in outlook.

Skills: OS installation, troubleshooting, asset management, active directory maintenance, vendor co-ordination, AV management, Outlook, Printer and scanner troubleshooting.

Salary: ₹8,086.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
