Experience in providing technical support in the area of Software Products / Platforms, knowledge in the incident management processes and experience in tools that are commonly used in support.
End to end experience in solving an issue right from logging to resolution – keeping all stakeholders in mind.
Ideal candidate is a Science graduate with 2-5 years of experience in Tech Support.
Requirements and skills
– Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer.
– Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
– Knowledge on Java, PL/SQL is a definite plus.
– Knowledge of ITIL framework is a definite Plus.
– Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
– Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
– Familiarity with remote desktop applications.
– Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
– Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
