Mandatory “Must Have” Requirements:

1. Minimum Relevant Experience in IT and Networking: 1-2Years

2. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Bachelor of Engineering

3. Candidate must be residing in Bangalore

4. Excellent Communication Skills in English

5. Work Location: Bangalore office

6. Working Hours: 5:00 PM IST to 2:00 AM IST ( NY-US Time Zone ) Monday To Friday, however this is a 24/7 Job, need to be available any time of the day and week during urgency.

Mandatory “Must Have” Skills in IT Administration:

1. Strong knowledge of networking concepts.

2. Proven network engineering, network operations, and network performance analysis skills.

3. Hands-on technical troubleshooting capabilities of computer hardware, network switches etc.

4. Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

5. Sound Knowledge of cloud computing infrastructures like AWS, Azure, GCP etc.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain all the hardware and software used by internal staffs

2. Provide networking support to internal staffs

3. Deep involvement in our SaaS software and contribute to the company by way of technical support, installation, setting up AWS instance etc

4. Procurement of hardware, software for staffs and maintain inventory

5. Coordinate with Internet Service Provider during downtime to ensure recovery of Internet services

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From ₹300,000.00 per year
