Responsibilities
Provides top level of service through processing personnel transactions, issue resolution, and communication
Performs routine administrative tasks in support of the organization’s HR systems
Maintains quality and consistency of HR data, reviews data accuracy, and keeps track of data updates
Performs data governance and quality assurance checks and routine audits to ensure system accuracy and functionality; identifies and addresses discrepancies
Create and maintain HR system notifications and notification group assignment
Supports routine reporting requirements
Assists in documenting HR procedures
Other duties as assigned
