What we are seeking
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Sales and Marketing Executive to join our fast-paced and innovative team. The IT Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts within the IT industry, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a deep understanding of IT products and services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to promote IT products and services and achieve sales targets.
· Identify and target potential clients within the IT industry through market research, networking, and attending industry events.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their IT needs and providing tailored solutions.
· Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to showcase the benefits and features of IT products and services to potential clients.
· Collaborate with the technical team to understand and effectively communicate the technical aspects of IT solutions to clients.
· Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the IT industry to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
· Work closely with the team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategies.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and market expansion.
· Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and customer feedback to the management team.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field.
· 0-2 years experience in sales and marketing roles.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and providing IT solutions to address them.
· Proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on creating win-win solutions for clients and the company.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
· Flexibility to travel for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows, as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
