• As part of the IT helpdesk team respond to user requests on call, teams chat & email support.
• Attend user tickets to analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose hardware and application-related problems as per the defined SLA
• Respond to user inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges remotely / on-site
• Manage users, groups, computers & security groups in Active Directory
• Experience in Desktop Troubleshooting
• Assisting users with their queries remotely via Phone Calls, MS Teams, Zoom, or via remote control tools

Requirements:

• Clear speaking, listening, and written communication skills
• Experience in Windows 10, 7, 8
• Experience in a helpdesk ticketing environment
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts with minimal notice

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: ₹8,086.00 – ₹31,321.92 per month
