Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infor LN Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Infor LN (formerly Baan) ERP system and extensive experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting LN solutions. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements, configuring LN system components, and providing technical expertise to ensure successful LN implementations and ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Infor LN ERP system.
• Configure and customize Infor LN applications to meet clients specific needs, including modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Supply Chain Management.
• Design and develop enhancements, extensions, and integrations to extend the functionality of the Infor LN system using LN Studio, LN Open Tools, and other development tools.
• Perform data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), to migrate data from legacy systems to Infor LN.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams during all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on system functionality, best practices, and optimization techniques.
• Stay updated on the latest releases, patches, and updates for Infor LN, and recommend and apply upgrades as needed to ensure system stability and performance.
• Document technical designs, configurations, customizations, and support procedures to maintain an accurate repository of system information and knowledge.
