Birlasoft Limited Hiring For JDA WMS Technical Consultant at Delhi Full Time

We are looking for a talented and experienced JDA WMS (Warehouse Management System) Technical Consultant with expertise in MOCA, Jasper Reports, Integration, Labels, Page Builder, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing and customizing JDA WMS solutions to meet our clients business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using JDA WMS.
• Configure and customize JDA WMS applications using MOCA to meet clients specific needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Jasper Reports for custom reporting and analytics within the JDA WMS environment.
• Implement integrations between JDA WMS and other systems using APIs, web services, ETL tools, or middleware platforms.
• Utilize Page Builder to design and customize user interfaces and workflows within the JDA WMS system.
• Provide technical expertise and support during all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions in a timely manner to minimize system downtime and impact on operations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
