Business Development Manager –Business Intelligence and Data Analytics

Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to develop, manage and grow the IT / technology service line business in the assigned geographies by hunting for new logos and sell our services/ product in assigned verticals/ industries.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and seasoned sales executive that currently sells IT services, a B2B sale. Your primary role is carrying revenue target to generate revenue by acquiring new accounts and maintaining your accounts. If you are a self-starter looking to grow with an organization in a growth phase, this opportunity is for you!
Primary Responsibilities
· Develop plan to focus on client acquisition and meeting hunting revenue targets.
· Manage an inside sales team to support you in generating revenue
· Interact and discuss with global sales and marketing team to identify cross selling/ upselling opportunities
· Develop the market and drive business and pipeline development
· Conduct presentation through e-meet to client to shape their thinking around a potential opportunity and persuade them to initiate formal buying process
· Build comprehensive account plan and intelligence for the targeted clients – power and buying centres, focus areas for the client, potential areas of interest for the client and possible solutions
· Regular feedback and updates to the management and seek course correction, if required
· Conduct meetings with client stakeholders to identify opportunity
· Qualify and prioritize the opportunities in the funnel and work on building proposals
· Interact with client to keep them engaged in the development of the solution and the deal
· Responsible for revenue from winning the deal to realization
· Develop, manage and leverage relationships to build client connect
· Interact and engage with the client leadership on solution development and communicate potential benefits to the potential client.
Education
· B-tech degree with equivalent experience in business and sales and MBA is a plus
Experience
· Experience selling to large, complex customers with multiple locations and properties.
· Minimum 7-10 years of sales experience with a focus on new logos / customer acquisition.
· IT / technology service selling is must
