1 – 3 Years of experience in IT Recruitment Process
Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and organizational skills.
Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet. Basic Qualifications Relentless client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
Must have experience with building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision. Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
Experienced candidates with passion for recruitment in new technologies and niche skills are valued.
Fresh graduates with good communication skills and determination to work in IT recruitment are always welcome.
