As Office 365 L3 Expert , you will be responsible for:
Providing guidance and coaching to team members
Accountable for the value creation and ensuring the governance rules are respected
Lead implementation of solutions based on MS Teams and/or SharePoint Online following the SCRUM methodology,
Effectively manage relationships with customers, while ensuring high customer satisfaction of the overall User Experience.
Design technical solutions for Office 365 services
Ability to understand and analyze user’s requests.
Provide quick and accurate solutions to the customers’ problems. Meet all follow up commitments made with customers.
Compliance with the service operation processes for excellence.
Work closely with Infrastructure teams, IT architects & Technical experts
Automate where possible
Aware of the latest tools and technologies
Responsible for smooth operations service delivery
Work on multiple technologies when required
Work independently, Act as a relationship person for business, end users, IT unit heads, and even with partners, understand business requirements and transform it to best suitable technical solutions.
Mandatory
Minimum qualification Graduate /B.E / B.Tech / Diploma (Full Time)
6+ years of experience in SharePoint Online and proven expertise in Office 365 Development
1+ year of experience in MS Teams and Office Groups.(Partner to get official certification and train the resource)
Mandatory certifications :
oMicrosoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals – Learn | Microsoft Docs
Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate – Learn | Microsoft Docs
experimented with one of the following tools: SharePoint Designer, ShareGate, PowerApps and Flow
Excellent understanding of the Office 365 solutions and how they can work together
Excellent functional knowledge of Office 365 services
Mandatory experience in writing scripts in both C# and PowerShell to perform automations

Capable to translate complex issues into simple solutions
