CIB Client Engagement and Protection IT having focus on applications servicing Client Lifecycle management, Due Diligence /KYC , Customer Relation Management, Service Request Management, Referential and Data Quality, PreTrade Transaction Screening and Anti-Money Laundering. Technologies being used include Java, .NET, Angular, Informatica, PowerBI, Fenergo, Siebel, Actimize, Camunda, Drools on private cloud infrastructure. Agile and DevSecOps practices are widely used. Landscape includes projects that are a mix of established and some under transition to new platforms.

Position Purpose

• The role will provide Business Analysis (BA) around Third-Party Lifecycle Management

(Know Your Client, Client Onboarding, CDD, Static Referential Data Management, etc)

• Work closely with the Business and Global project teams.
• Manage functional business requirements; coordinate with development teams, test & rollout of

Functionality.

• Knowledge of Workflow design/orchestration like BPMN tool, preferably Camunda

Able to understand the business perspective and need from the business while gathering the requirements and be able to articulate when in various forums

Understand current state and propose target state

Able to model business process.

Have a good understanding of technology and APIs.

Creating Requirement Specifications in the form of user stories, FSD, BRDs and those specific to APIs.

Documenting Acceptance Criteria (ACs) and ensure that clear validation criteria is established.

Strong hold on business analysis and tools to perform the analysis and data lineage

Able to think through design and drive them proactively

Strong understanding of the typical SDLC life cycle and role of business analyst in each of the cycle

Develop good understanding of technical infrastructure (databases, web development etc.) and how it interconnects with other system for data sharing

Able to present the case with detailed analysis, options and challenges

Be able to bridge the gap between business, end user, development and testing team

Should be able to guide and mentor fellow colleagues on number of topics

Connecting with business stakeholders to understand the business problem, strategy, constraints and translate it to requirements such that the overall business vision is met.

Coordinate with IT development team for any blockers or requirement clarifications.

Functional testing of the delivered solution.

Tracking and prioritizing the defects based on its severity for fix.

Coordinate and manage deployment of releases into productions.

Being flexible to work on multiple projects and effectively prioritize tasks to meet stringent deadlines

Being able to work seamlessly in a distributed teams primarily between HK, Paris and Mumbai

Ownership of end-to-end and on time delivery of solutions

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

• Experience in KYC Applications, specifically Fenergo application would be a plus.
• Good understanding of IT systems (databases, web development etc.)
• Able to use and plan on MPP, Visio, JIRA
• Knowledge of BPMN tool, preferably Camunda
• Experience in Agile (Scrum) methodology

Specific Qualifications (if Required)

• Knowledge about Client on-boarding domain or reference data.
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration and workflow design
• Working knowledge of designing FRD/FSD based on business requirements involving multiple system interfaces
• Hands-on experience of executing SQL queries.(PL/SQL Database queries)
