Position Purpose
The candidate will have a main mission to assist the Global OPC IT Team to define and deploy Control Plans, to participate to Incident tracking and IT audits. The role is also to provide both the Business Units and IT Management with the assurance and visibility that IT Controls are executed in a controlled and managed way. In addition to the specific responsibilities detailed above, the successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate understanding in other areas of Risk & Control Management including strategies surrounding Process Engineering, Configuration Management, Change, Incident & Problem Management, Non-Conformities and Corrective Actions Management, Risk Identification and Control, Project Management and Tools and Methods.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Ensure that procedures, control plans, methods and tools are in place
Support controls execution (Key Monitoring Processes, Key Performance & Key Risk Indicators)
Measure and analyse the efficiency of the controls
Elaborate Samples for Controls, which have to be performed by samples.
Collect the results and actions plans with a critical vision (worldwide)
Identify risks and propose mitigation actions plans
Participate to IT Audits (ISAE-3402, Technical audits..)
Ensure exhaustively of audit evidences
Elaborate periodic reports and exceptions tracking
Participate to IT Incident tracking (Root Cause, Preventive measures, Risk analysis, Reporting..)
Communicate and share best practices within BP2S IT OPC community
User Access Review (UAR) /Technical access review (TAR)
