The Boeing Company is looking for Sr. IT Manager(L) – PLM- Engineering Systems/MBE-Product Data Management/M&Q-MOM-Factory Tech to join the IT & DA (Information Technology & Data Analytics) team in Bangalore, India.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages and integrates employee and first-level manager activities across Information Technologies including infrastructure design and administration, application analysis and design, application development, information management, architecture, computing security, computing project support and/or process analysis. Roles and responsibilities include the following areas –
BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
– At-least 5 years of People Management experience
– Experience managing and delivering IT projects/products related to at least one or multiple of the following areas in the aerospace domain –
– Experience managing budget and financial plan for the teams
– Experience in Agile/Devops with Digital Transformation Environment
– Experience managing resources that use XP way (TDD or Pair Programming) to deliver products and solutions.
– Experience using Software Development Lifecycle to manage work products and prioritize deliverables
– Transition management
– Aerospace or Manufacturing Domain knowledge
– Experience/Expertise with modernization related to implementation of Devsecops and Cloud related technologies
– Experience grooming next line of leaders both from a technical and managerial growth path
– Experience with exhibiting a innovation mindset and cultivating/nurturing an innovation culture
