Boeing Information Technology & Data Analytics (IT&DA) Supply Chain Systems (SCS) is currently looking for an Information Technology Manager – SAP Solutions to join their Solution Delivery team to drive Enterprise Portfolio across Finance, Environment Health and Safety (EH&S), and Facilities and Asset Management (FAM) portfolio. This position will focus on directly managing a team of architects and functional analysts and leading the delivery of key initiatives within the Enterprise product family.

Position Responsibilities:
Manages and integrates employee activities across Information Technologies including infrastructure design and administration, application analysis and design, information management, architecture, computing security, computing project support and/or process analysis.
Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
Manages and provides developmental opportunities for employees.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Proven success in leading teams delivering IT solutions, including both SAP and non-SAP projects
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various technical team leaders in a globally distributed team
Previous experience of using multiple methodologies – Waterfall, Agile, DevOps
Complete knowledge of the concepts and processes of managing a software system throughout the entire life cycle.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience of briefing senior leaders

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with 12+ years of experience
Additional Information
Managing and integrating employee activities across SAP solution team like Design, Architecture and Integration Services including application analysis, design and administration, information management, computing security, computing project support and/or process analysis
Engaging a diverse team across the multiple organizations
Developing/Implementing plans to ensure business, technical and customer requirements are achieved
Reviewing plans’ execution, making appropriate adjustments and resolving issues
Supervising appropriate metrics to ensure performance to plan
Utilizing the Software Development Lifecycle to manage work products and prioritize deliverables
Coaching, counseling, mentoring and providing developmental opportunities and job assignments to improve employee performance and expand capabilities
Recognizing contributions of individuals and teams to improve employee happiness and retain a skilled and motivated workforce
Acquiring resources for project activities, providing technical management and leading process improvements
Managing budget and financial plan for the team
Designing and maintaining relationships and partnership with customers, vendors, stakeholders, peers and direct reports
Providing oversight and approval of technical approaches for products and processes
Managing, developing and motivating employees as appropriate
Working closely with senior leadership to define product strategies, priorities, and tactical plans.
Experience in Process Improvement and Lean+ is desired. Desired focus areas include Application Design and Agile/DevOps Application Development, SAP and/or Systems
Domain knowledge in Finance and Supply Chain
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in Aerospace domain
Experience with Supply Chain IT leadership
Experience delivering and executing SAP projects
Experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams within a matrix management structure
Experience in transforming delivery teams to use different working methodologies
Experience of using collaboration tools like JIRA, ADO
Experience recruiting, training and leading each team member to reach their potential
Cross team collaboration and navigating organizational politics to achieve outcomes
Ability to highlight risks/issues effectively and timely so these can be addressed in time
Identifying opportunities with business case to improve the current state and question the status-quo.
12+ years’ IT experience working in a technical role with at least 2 years in a Management capacity
10+ years of experience developing business systems and processes in large and sophisticated business environment
Understanding of Agile Application Development Lifecycle and methodologies
Understanding of DevOps Toolsets
Ability to work with multi-functional teams distributed across multiple countries
Typical Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s or Masters Degree with 12+ years of experience
