Job Description
We are looking for a Presales Lead who will lead the service sales, identify new leads, answer requests for proposal and information and interact with various stakeholders within and outside of Bosch Work closely with the Business development function for external client RFPs and with Delivery head for internal business development. Proactively scopes the functional and technical solution required to address customer business needs, by assessment of customer’s needs, and recommendation of solutions that optimize value for the customer.
Is responsible for analyzing, consulting and positioning service solution opportunities (new and up/cross-sale)
Uses industry experience to evaluate customer requirements and explain applicable business cases to prospects and align to potential ROI
Assists sales in developing responses and proposals to prospective and existing customers, including RFI/RFP, SOW, technical queries and demonstrations
Works out project costing / pricing and get necessary approvals
Serves as liaison between client and service managers, program managers and other personnel with SO internal groups to streamline communications, analyze gaps and coordinate solutions scope and timelines.
Develops and maintain sales and technical presentations, demos and other technical sales tools.
Makes solution presentation to clients / anchor client visits
Takes charge and showcase Proof of Concepts (POC), if required.
Performs other incidental duties as assigned and prepare proposals, reports, dashboards and presentations
Liaises with Operations and Support teams to identify client improvements
Presents Project and Support SLA to clients
Reports progress and issues to the Manager in a timely manner. Manages and develops Business Service line focused projects within the group with key focus area on mobility and other connected topics
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or MBA or equivalent.
Experience: 6 – 10 years
Additional Information
Prior experience with product development/sales or GTM related experience
Previous experience in developing and presenting technical product presentations in person, via the phone or the web required.
Previous experience in requirements gathering, system analysis and writing functional specifications would be nice to have
Previous experience in responding to external RFPs or proposals
Fluent English is a must, additional European languages will be a plus.
Strong customer facing skills, demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to business personnel
Strong presentation skills
A team player with strong interpersonal skills, including organizational agility (non-political and team-oriented style with demonstrated success in matrix organization)
Demonstrated analytical and technical abilities with the ability to dive into details without losing the big picture
