Boston Consulting Group Hiring For BCG X APAC Commercial Senior Analyst at Delhi Full Time

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Commercial Excellence Senior Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the go to market motions through optimizing commercial processes within BCG X. They are responsible for analyzing investment and sales data, providing insights, and implementing strategies to improve performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities will include:

• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting investment data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Regularly reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to investment activities increasing accountability.
• Mitigating commercial and financial risk through partnering with cross functional risk review and translating findings into financial outcomes.
• Partnering on cross-functional initiatives and platforms (e.g., CRM product requirements) to help drive collaboration between the Risk and Revenue Management agenda. Includes developing best practices, including thought partnering during development and rollout.
• Developing commercial and IP best practices for Managing Director & Partners (MDPs) and client-facing Commercial Directors (CDs) to use in deals and negotiations, including Value-Based Pricing programs (VBPs), rate cards, and fixed fee programs.
• Actively works with Commercial Directors to ensure depth of business understanding behind the metrics to drive informed decisions and recommendations to BCG X Operating Committee
• Collaborate with regional client teams and global revenue management to document, standardize, and digitize processes.
• Partner with Risk organization to balance commercial opportunity with risk profiles. Ensuring appropriate risk mitigation isrecommended and documented.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• 4-7 years experience in a commercial role within professional services or technology industry
• Developing strong working relationships and thoughtfully balancing the needs of multiple stakeholder groups
• Expertly communicating verbally and in writing
• Multi-tasking, remaining organized, prioritizing, and proactively pushing multiple priorities in
• Previous experience with digital products and technology
