Responsibilities:
· Design best-in-class experiences for a global consumer base for B2B and B2C experiences for Marketing and Ecommerce
· Set design requirements based on information from internal teams, user research and benchmarking
· Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.
· Actively participate in user research activities to build a solid understanding of the problem space.
· Build storyboards to conceptualise the experience and convey the design
· Create wireframes, visual mock-ups and prototypes to communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviours.
· Rapidly iterate to test your designs and design the user experience
· Challenge and push teams to elevate the customer experience at each stage
· Work closely with product, tech, and business to identify project goals and deliver high-quality work (user flows, wireframes, low/high fidelity UI mockups, prototypes…)
· Take ownership and iteratively design through conceptual and development cycles
· Identify new product improvement opportunities
· Analyse how a new product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences.
· Build, direct and mentor the team
· Create detailed design specs and assets that makes engineering teams more effective in bringing the product to life
·Follow and promote design best practices and work with the design team to curate, gate keep and develop the brand and design system.
Requirements:
·Portfolio showcasing best-in-class products, top notch interaction skills and meticulous attention to detail.
·10+ years of experience designing multi-platform product experiences in a fast-paced, agile development environment
·Data driven: Can articulate and defend design decisions backed by research and data analysis.
· Good communication skills: written and verbal
· Experience working collaboratively with geographically dispersed teams
· Good knowledge of frontend principles to make informed design decisions
· Storytelling skills: showcasing your work, process, and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders
·Previous experience designing global consumer products would be a plus
· Previous exposure to start-ups would be a plus
· Willing to work globally with sales and production team.

Salary: ₹65,000.00 – ₹90,000.00 per month
