Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) India is rapidly growing and is looking for a Senior IT Lead to provide technical leadership for the development team working on across Commercialization IT applications. Commercialization teams are continually advancing the digital ecosystem to deliver more product to more patients faster, which means you will be leading a team focused on delivering rapidly evolving capabilities and will have the chance to bring value and impact. This is a unique opportunity to work with US Commercialization IT/Digital LT and lead the growth of a team in Hyderabad, India This position requires a results-oriented, dynamic individual with the ability to lead a team to deliver a quality product for Commercialization and BMS.

How will you do this?

Lead technical operations across multiple teams, monitoring and evaluating team member performance, assisting with training and recruitment, and ensuring the book of work is aligned with the business objectives of the organization and that it meets the highest quality standards

Provide general technical leadership to a team of managers in the design, development, and maintenance of Commercialization applications

Collaborate with various technical & non-technical stakeholders across the global organization

Provide significant input into decisions related to hiring, performance reviews, promotions, and compensation actions

Be an integral member of our US-based Commercialization IT team and sit on the BMS India leadership team

Candidates will come from a diverse set of backgrounds and technical roles, but all successful candidates will have a proven track record of the following:

Leadership experience: Have a track record of leading, mentoring and coaching large technology teams

Are comfortable with high-speed environments and making decisions with imperfect information

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Have a strong commitment to a career in technology with a passion for healthcare

Able to collaborate across multiple teams

Innovative and inquisitive nature to ask questions, offer bold ideas and challenge the status quo

Agility to learn new tools and processes

Have sound technical acumen in the following areas following areas: Veeva CRM, SFDC, Nabu, AWS, EDL, Python, Informatica, Model N, AI/ML
