Job Description:
What you will do
Troubleshooting complex web applications, networking issues, web services interactions, and end user usability limitations in the use of the Arcot platform
Listen to customers, understand their needs, and represent them to the Product and Development organizations
Manage customer escalations working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best results for our customers
Cultivate knowledge for internal and external consumption in regards to industry and platform topics
Propose methods and process improvement to increase service stability and reliability

Desired Experience
7-10 years of experience in a customer support environment are essential to this position
Advanced level knowledge of web services technologies (REST/SOAP, HTTP, HTTP/2, Kafka, etc)
Knowledge of network infrastructure concepts (TCP/UDP protocols, packet routing, DHCP, etc) and devices (firewalls, proxy servers, load balancers, etc)
Knowledge in relational databases like Oracle and/or Postgres
Knowledge of programming and scripting languages (e.g. Java, C++, node.js, Javascript, Bash, PowerShell)
Proficiency in Linux systems
Exposure to eCommerce / Card-not-present (CNP) security, cryptography, cryptographic protocols & symmetric/asymmetric keys, etc. is a plus
