Use your in-depth knowledge of BTs Standards or External Service Provider standards , internal compliance processes, and corollary industry standards and frameworks pertaining to cyber security, data privacy, business continuity, and legal & regulatory compliance, to raise BTs compliance position, guarantee safety and security for our customers, and support the work of BTs ongoing internal and external audit teams to ensure we meet or exceed industry standards and retain relevant certifications.
Maintains highly specialized knowledge of a few HR functions.
Monitors leading practice and competitive trends and proactively predicts and develops programs to address changes in the market conditions and competitive position
Architects and Designs innovative HR policies, processes and programs in line with HR’s function strategy and SHC’s people and enterprise strategies
Leads change within HR including championing and owning the success of new programs and ensuring deployment is successful
Continually evaluates effectiveness of HR solutions through customer feedback to drive continual improvement
Proactively shares knowledge and expertise to help others to develop and grow.
Good understanding on SAP Success Factors.
