End to end recruitment process by using various methods (Naukri, Monster, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn) and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs.
Matching details regarding applications Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates.
Screening, Shortlist resumes Corresponding with Candidates, Scheduling Interview, and Follow-up.
Handling the End-to-End life cycle of Recruitments from Sourcing to joining for all Levels.
Collection of candidature from job portals, consultants, Headhunting, Previous Applicant, Existing Database, employee referrals.
Evaluating the candidate’s skills Confidence level and Presentation.
Responsible for handling walk-In interviews.
Meet monthly/quarterly Targets.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Candidates who can join immediately or maximum within 15 days.
