Responsibilities –
1. To provide Technical/customer support to client and resolve their queries with respect to the C1 India application via mail and phone.
2. Satisfy the client queries and provide quick resolution.
3. Timely update and conduct the auctions on portal.
4. Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the technical team.
5. Provide training to the vendors at client location regarding application usage
Desired Skills / Experience
· Problem Solving, Help Desk Experience, Verbal Communication, Phone Skills, Customer Service, Quality Focus, Computer and MS Office Proficiency
· Basic understanding of software / IT terminology
